Taylor Markey is a plaintiff-side employment litigator who represents workers in complex and high-impact civil rights cases. She was lead counsel in the Activision Blizzard litigation and has worked on nationally significant matters involving workplace harassment, discrimination, and emerging technologies.

Taylor previously served as an Assistant Regional Attorney at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she led systemic enforcement actions and contributed to national policy development on algorithmic discrimination as a member of the EEOC Chair’s AI Task Force. She also works as consulting and co-counsel to other law firms on complex motions and litigation strategy, particularly in cases involving novel legal theories or high factual complexity.
